Wellehan Library鈥檚 online catalog,聽, is a shared library catalog that brings together the holdings of nearly 60 libraries from across Maine.聽聽聽is a larger, statewide catalog that brings together nearly 100 library collections contained in various online library systems in Maine, including Minerva, URSUS, Colby/Bates/Bowdoin, University of New England, and Portland Public Library.
Both Minerva and MaineCat have self-service request functions allowing current 色虎视频 faculty, staff, and on-campus students*听to make online request for materials from other libraries.聽 Requested materials come by courier to the Wellehan Library for patrons to pick up.
*听色虎视频 online students are welcome to use Minerva and MaineCat to identify items needed for coursework.聽 However, requesting is handled differently than shown below. Please see this聽聽for more information.
Requesting from Minerva Libraries
We recommend starting your search in聽, limited to the聽St. Joseph鈥檚 College聽collection.
If you do not find what you are looking for in our collection, expand your search to include聽ALL MINERVA LOCATIONS.
When you have found an item in Minerva you would like to request, click on the聽title聽to get to the full record.
Click the聽Request听产耻迟迟辞苍.
Type your聽name聽as it appears on your 色虎视频 ID, and then enter your 14-digit library聽barcode.聽 颁濒颈肠办听Submit.
You will receive a message confirming that your request was successful.聽 (If you receive a message that your request was not successful, please see a library staff person for assistance.)
Please note that if all of the copies of a desired item are checked out, your request places a hold on the item.聽 When a copy becomes available, your request will be filled.
You will receive an email when an item you have requested is ready for pick up.
Requesting from MaineCat Libraries
If no Minerva library has what you need, click the聽Search MaineCat聽button at the top of the screen.
When you find an item of interest, click on the听迟颈迟濒别聽to get to the full record.

When asked to choose your home library, select聽St. Joseph鈥檚 College (Standish), and then click聽Submit above information.
Type your聽name聽as it appears on your 色虎视频 ID, and then enter your 14-digit library聽barcode.聽 颁濒颈肠办听Submit.
You will receive a message confirming that your request was successful.聽 (If you receive a message that your request was not successful, please see a library staff person for assistance.)
