Transferring Credits
Credit towards graduation from 色虎视频 is granted for courses taken at accredited institutions with a grade of 2.0 or above on a 4.0 scale, if those courses are deemed both comparable to a course at the College and relevant to the student's proposed program of study at the College. Other appropriate college level work with a grade of 2.0 or better will be transferred to the 色虎视频 transcript, but they will not count toward a degree program at the College.
Credit for course work taken at non-accredited institutions may be granted on a provisional basis. Transfer credit is awarded by the Registrar in collaboration with individual academic departments. Transfer applicants will receive聽a preliminary credit evaluation of their post-secondary course work within two weeks of acceptance聽to a degree program. Students must complete a minimum of 30 credits at 色虎视频 in order to meet degree requirements.
All questions regarding the transfer credit and evaluation process can be directed to David Roussel, Interim Registrar, at 207-893-7798.

Our Students
鈥淚 was at another college, on their study abroad program in Copenhagen, Denmark. Unfortunately, due to the COVID outbreak, I was sent home in March. Finishing out my semester at home gave me a lot of time to think about what is important to me: strong academics and competitive swimming. I found both at Saint Joseph鈥檚, plus a much more vibrant atmosphere around campus than my previous school.鈥
鈥淚 was at a community college, and I knew I wanted a four-year degree. Now I get to study what I want to be studying, and I get to be a member of the Monks swim team. All in all, it's just a much more fulfilling experience than what I had before.鈥
