- SilverSneakers Splash with Theresa at 8am in the Pool
- SilverSneakers Classic with Theresa at 9:15am in the Dance Room
- Spin with Theresa at 10:10am in the Dance Room
- Human Reformer Pilates with Hilary at 5:30pm-6:15pm in the Dance Room
- Deb's Dance Fitness at 6:30pm-7:30pm in the Dance Room
Tuesdays
- SilverSneakers Splash with Becky at 8am in the Pool
- SilverSneakers Splash with Jenna at 8:50am in the Pool
- SilverSneakers Classic with Becky at 9:15am in the Dance Room
- Back on Track with Jenna at 12pm on the Indoor Track (FREE)
Wednesdays
- Aqua Fitness with Barbara at 8am in the Pool
- SilverSneakers Classic with Jenna at 9:15am in the Dance Room
- Tai Chi with Laura at 10:15am in the Dance Room

Pricing:
Students = free
Staff/Faculty/Alumni = $3 drop in or $25 for a 10 class punch card
Community = $7 drop in or $50 for a 10 class punch card
